Now, a long (over 1 sec) press on the backspace
key will reset the machine (like hitting backspace once for each
character on the output). This should work inside the app and on the keyboard extension.

Fixed a bug that could crash the app on the iPhone 6 plus with zoomed view enabled.
Now the sounds on/off setting is properly saved between app runs.
Fixed a bug that caused the machine to be reset when reading a message
from email (url click on the email app) BEFORE importing the text, resulting in garbage text!!
The settings section (on the Settings app of your device) is back!
Added a new setting (on the settings app) to set if text exported from
Mininigma (clipboard, email) will keep the spaces shown or not.
Now all text exported from Mininigma will default to keep the spaces shown.
Use the above mentioned setting to change this behaviour.

Added support for urls:
mininigma://config/config_string_or_keyword anywhere on your device to open mininigma and directly configure a machine.
mininigma://text will set the text fields with the given text in the currently configured machine.
mininigma://append/the_coded_message will add the given text to what is shown currently in the machine text fields.
Added a new option to share machine settings via email (uses the new url schema, so you just have to
click on the link in the message to get the machine configured.

Some changes to get ready for the next iOS version
Changed the text menus to include two new entries "RESET" and "CLEAN TEXT", replacing the old "CLEAR" option.
"RESET" will work as the old "CLEAR", while "CLEAN TEXT" will just clean the text boxes, leaving the rotor
positions alone.
